Relay Registry

openstrate-relay is a secure OCI-compliant registry and telemetry broker. It serves as the primary storage and distribution point for mission artifacts.

• Artifact Versioning: Stores code "blobs" and UI blueprints with content-addressable hashes.
• Telemetry Broker: Collects ZMQ streams from satellites and broadcasts them via WebSockets to Aperture.
